钱林森（1937—），1963年毕业于北京大学中文系，1966年毕业于北京外国语学院法文系，长期从事中法（中外）文化交流研究与教学，曾任南京大学世界文学比较文学教授、博士生导师、南京大学比较文学与比较文化研究所创所所长。参与创办中法双语国际论丛《跨文化对话》，连任五届中国比较文学学会副会长。著有《中外文学交流史·中国—法国卷》等多部专著，主编《中外文学交流史》（17卷）等专题文献多种。2015年荣获中国比较文学终身成就奖。

QIAN Linsen (b. 1937) graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Peking University in 1963, and from the French Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1966. He was a professor and doctoral advisor of World Literature and Comparative Literature at Nanjing University and the founding director of the Institute for Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies of Nanjing University. He was also a founding member of the bilingual Sino-French “Intercultural Monograph Series” project Dialogue Transculturel, and served five terms as Vice President of the Chinese Comparative Literature Association (CCLA). He is the author of multiple monographs including A History of Literary Exchanges between China and Foreign Countries (The China-France Volume). He is also editor-in-chief or co-editor-in-chief of A History of Literary Exchanges between China and Foreign Countries (17 Volumes), etc. CCLA awarded QIAN the Lifetime Academic Achievement Award in recognition of his monumental contributions to the field of Chinese Comparative Literature in 2015.
